Volunteer and Organization Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information within their profiles. Organizations seeking access to volunteer profiles must maintain an approved Good Works Hub organization account and agree to use volunteer information solely for legitimate volunteer engagement purposes.

Volunteer profiles are private by default and are accessible only to Good Works Hub administrators and approved organizations.

Neighbor Needs Board

All Neighbor Needs Board submissions are reviewed by Good Works Hub prior to publication. Good Works Hub reserves the right to approve, reject, edit formatting, or remove any submission that is inappropriate, unlawful, misleading, or inconsistent with our mission and community standards.

Community Participation

Participation in volunteer opportunities, community surveys, and other initiatives is entirely voluntary. Users may choose whether to participate in research activities and may update their communication preferences at any time.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, graphics, and materials created by Good Works Hub are the property of Good Works Hub unless otherwise stated and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant Good Works Hub permission to display, store, and use submitted materials as necessary to operate the platform and fulfill its mission.

No Guarantee of Opportunities

While Good Works Hub strives to connect individuals with meaningful opportunities, we do not guarantee volunteer placements, organizational partnerships, or participation in specific programs or events.
